Thoughts on Prague, Budapest in February?
My husband and I have a week of vacation coming up, which we were planning on taking in mid-February.
Suddenly the thought of Prague occurred to me.... Then, Budapest....
I'm from Montreal, so I'm used to winter weather. But, would we be missing out by visiting these places in February? Should we wait until we are able to travel in spring or fall or is it worth it to go in February?
Thanks.

I agree with ann. Especially if you are used to cold, you will sure enjoy the city. I took the following pics at the end of January this year.

Be sure to go to the top of the clock tower at the old town square. The first 8 pics were taken from there.
It was not that cold last winter. I dressed warm and stayed out late, walked all over the city, no problem. Global warming ? I remember one or two winters when it WAS cold, more than 15 years ago,
