Things to do in Malta in March

My husband and I have booked a week's holiday in Malta next month. We are staying in St Julian's and looking for recommendations of things to do and see at that time of year.
Restaurant recommendations would also be welcome !

well in a week you could easily

-visit valletta (dont forget its cathedral)
-visit the mdina fortified city &
rabat (esp st agathas catacombs)
-the fortified cities around Vittoriosa (still relatively undiscovered). There is the original inquisitors palace.
-the megalitic temples (like stonehenge but a lot older)
-Gozo (esp victoria and azur window)
there is obviously a lot more.
the weather sometimes goes crazy in march so it could be a cold windy rainy week or a week so hot you will be out in shorts and visit the beach.

i m not sure what type of food/budget you had in mind for resturants but st julians is packed with all kinds.the most traditional dish will be rabbit.
also try pastizzi from a cafe and sample a gozo cheeselet.
