The Orbitz Popups

I read on the US side that those Orbitz pop ups are advertising Frommers travel guides, right here on Fodors!

I disabled my popup buster, and sure enough there it was: a popup pushing Frommers guides.

Way to go guys. All this information, snippy comments, and the joke of the week.
Better than the Red Skelton comedy hour.
Did you also notice that Orbitz, which is owned by the airlines, likes to charge you a service charge to book a ticker? This from the people who took away the meager commissions to travel agents to "save the travelers money"...ha ha ha suckers, use Orbitz and save???????????

Interesting,
On my PC at work, the pop up appears but on my iMac, at home, it doesn't..
Having an Apple Mac does have some advantages. Seemingly.

No Orbitz poppers on my Mac either, Pauline. Is it because we have Macs as opposed to PCs, or is there some other variable at work? Maybe one of you techies out there could explain why the platform would make a difference.
