Thalys Ticket Issue-HELP!

I booked 2 tickets through thalys.com for a September train ride from Paris to Amsterdam back in June and received both a confirmation email and an email with the tickets to print out. However, now that I look more closely at the email with the tickets, there is only one ticket with my name and seat number on it and no ticket for the other person traveling with me. My confirmation email does confirm two tickets purchased though, so I do have proof of purchase, however, now I am just looking for a way to gain access to my reservation information through thalys.com and find an option to print the other ticket but am having no luck. Am I just overlooking it?

Does anyone have any ideas on how to "log in" using my reservation number? I have tried emailing customer service through the Thalys website regarding this issue, but have had no response. I tried signing up for the Thalys ticketless travel part of the website, but that option seems to only work for future purchases and not accessing previous purchases made. Also, does anyone know if I can simply go to a kiosk at the train station in Paris and reprint there? Ideally though I would like to have the other ticket printed and in hand before leaving for our trip in a few weeks simply to not have to worry about it once we arrive in Europe.

Thanks!

Assuming you used the France/English option to access thalys, have you tried http://agence.ravel.tm.fr/weblogic/a...terSaleProduct and selected the thalys radio button [circle]?

freetoroam, unfortunately I think I used the Belgium/English option based on one of my confirmation emails(don't ask me why because I have no clue), any other ideas?

Interesting - both Germany and France have "Manage my bookings" option which lead to the link referenced before. If you tried it and it didn't work, I'm fresh out of ideas. Sorry.

Have you tried using the French/English site to see if you can manage your bookings there?

I assume it is not available in the My Thalys pages on the Be site?

hetismij, yes, I did try using every possible reservation or comfirmation number that I had on the French/English site with no luck. I also tried using My Thalys, unfortunately b/c I did not sign up before I bought the tickets I am unable to access the reservation.

Does anyone know if I would be able to print the tickets once I arrive at the Paris train station?

I think you may have to try calling Thalys Belgium for help I'm afraid.

rbech6494,

Can you advise how everything worked out? I just booked two tickets two nights ago for a trip in May to go from Paris Nord to Antwerpen, Belgium and was only sent one of the tickets. I was also sent a confirmation email with my booking reference information (but that email also says ATTENTION: THIS E-MAIL IS NOT A VALID TRAVEL DOCUMENT.)

I called the SNCB call center (since I also booked via the Belgian version of the Thalys website) and was told to call the Thalys customer center. The person at the Thalys customer center advised me that this is a "known problem" and I should just board the train with the emails that I received and the Train mangager would be able to sort the details.

(I learned from the SNCB call center representative that I should have booked via the SNCB portal to have more control over my reservation at http://www.b-europe.com/Travel )

Thanks for your info.
