Temperatures in Copenhagen

Can anyone tell me what kind of weather we're likely to find in Copenhagen if we go in Sept versus waiting and going in October.
Thanks!

Hi Hawk,

It will be warmer.

See www.weather.com for historic temps.

Hi Ira,
I'm sorry, I used the wrong word. I should have asked what the temperatures are like in Sept vs Oct instead of just having "temperatures" in the title of my query. www.weather.com doesn't have seasonal history for that location so I was hoping someone who had been there could give me an idea. I'd like to know what the average temps are for both months and whether it gets drastically colder in Oct.
Thanks,
Hawk61

Hi, I live in Copenhagen where the weather is always totally unpredictable!
September usually is quite comfortable, as is October (but a bit colder). Sometimes you are able to sit outside in cafes in Sept, but normally it is too cold for that in Oct...
Hope this gives you an idea... either way, Sept and Oct are my favourite months!

You're welcome.

I second exactly what Katrine said..

I must also say that Copenhagen in the fall is lovely and you will have the luxury that the city is not flooded with tourists the way it is in July and August!

I would vote for September so you could enjoy the outdoors a little more. Many of the outdoor cafes in the city also provide blankets to wrap yourself in to keep you warm. Though anytime in Copenhagen is lovely!
