Technical problem

Is anyone else having this problem? When I lick on "post my message" up comes a long vertical box that takes up nearly all the screen.

yeah...I even posted the question in the "Other" section of this forum. The problem is even worse in the Caribbean Boards! What's up with this?!

I hit "post my reply" and another window opens where I have to retype the message and hit "post my reply" again.

Yup, and I don't lick anything

I have to click on the post's topic twice to avoid this.

yes, lots of weird things have been going on for me today with this site. Boxes come up in strange shapes, replies won't post, etc.

Brings to mind some dialogue from "A Prairie Home Companion"...

================================

Garrison Keillor: We come from people who brought us up to believe that life is a struggle, and if you should feel really happy, be patient: this will pass.

Lefty: [singing] Liquor she said, and lick her I did, and I don't work there any more.

Yolanda Johnson: Isn't that a Carter Family song?

Lola Johnson: Who?

Yolanda Johnson: The Carter Family. Like us only famous.

==================================

Best wishes,

Rex

Yes, I've been having this problem also. It's the same as jagirl's. I've been copying my message to save to the next window that opens.

I have the same problem. Does anyone have an email address to write in about this problem? I went to the feedback form, but not sure that's the best place to send a complaint.

No memorization... searched "liquor lick her" (I did remember that much of the line)... and found it on someone's blog site.

I have found that if when you click to add a post... if the format looks wacky to you, just go back and continue to click until it comes up in a normal looking format. Then your reply will take. Trying to type in that long vertical box like Underhill mentions doesn't work.

So hit "post a reply to this message" and when it looks weird, then hit "back"... repeat as many times as necessary.

That's my work-around for this one.

this is weird..
I could barely find the reply box. it was way over in the right hand corner and the screen is twice as big.

Maybe I will research restaurants and sights in Italy.

If you want to get rid of all that weirdness, try running Firefox with Adblock Plus loaded.

I haven't seen a single anomaly referred to in this thread.
