TAP alternative to Lisbon from NYC?
I would rather sprout wings and cross the ocean than fly TAP again. Has anyone had a good experience with other carriers on this (non-stop) route?

I flew into Madrid and changed planes for Lisbon and did not find it onerous at all. I think it was cheapest routing -- but cannot remember which airline I flew. I arrived in Lisbon feeling fine.

We flew TAP this past September. From Boston to Lisbon to Marseilles. Then from Seville back to Boston. It was fine. No problems at all. Plane looked new. On time.Food was ok. I have no complaints, and we are flying TAP again in April.
