Taking a Train from Berlin to Prague

I will in Berlin in mid May and want to take a train from Berlin to Prague. My questions are the following:

1. Where should I get my train ticket in Berlin and would you know how much it would cost in EUR or USD for a one way ticket? Would it be cheaper if I purchase a two way ticket to and from Berlin and Prague?

2. How many hours train ride from Berlin to Prague?

About 4 hrs and 45 minutes; no changes required. You can buy tickets at the Berlin Zoo station.

Sit on the left-hand side of the train (facing forward) for the best views.

thank you ira, interpid1 and besty for all your inputs. it's much appreciated. i've done some research and it looks like the cost of a roundtrip cost by train is equal or more than if I bought an airline ticket to prague. i may just opt to purchase a plane ticket if that's the case.
