Sunlight Hours

I have heard that there are only 4 hours of sunlight in Rome during the month of February..is this correct?

Approximately 10-1/2 hours from sunrise to sunset in mid-February.

There is a web site: sunrise/sunset which will give you the exact times of sunrise/sunset in almost any city in the world. You can print out the selected month and see the time changes.mhm

Shouldn't that be "daylight hours" ? You can't rely on having sun in February - sometimes I've had sun & sometimes I've had rain.
