Many questions..What is the purpose, the reason, she wants to study abroad? A psychology major may have difficulties finding pertinent courses in Europe unless she is fluent in the language of the country. Certainly she could take off-shore psych courses and compare them with her own local studies. She might better profit by taking English literature courses in either England or Scotland. If studying abroad is simply a social venture then any venue will suffice. She needs to discuss her project with her present school advisor.
