Does anyone know if there is any way to get from Frankfurt to the Steiff Museum in Giengen an der Brenz in a day. Can't take the train because there is no afternoon return trip. Can't rent a car (even if I wanted to which I don't really) because there is a 3-day minimum.

If you know otherwise please tell me - when I go on the train schedule the latest train leaving Giengen an der Brenz to Frankfurt shows it leaving at 14:00 - which - when I wouldn't get there until about 11:00 isn't really enough time. As for the car - I am from the US - and any of the sites I try whenever I try to reserve a car for less than three days will not let me.

Yes, the Bahn.de schedule shows departures from Giengen at 16:06, 17:08, 18:08, 19:08, and 20:08.

I guess just not on the date I want to travel - it goes from 13:58 to the next morning...

Or maybe I just don't have the right stop? It does show more than one stop in Giengen - which one would I want?
