Haven't stayed there, but have visited it and was intrigued by its lovely quirky nature (and have eaten lunch at the restaurant and been quite delighted):

We loved Les Mas des Carassins when we were there this past spring. Secure parking, a 10 min. walk outside of town, fabulous food, lovely gardens and rooms. We stayed 3 nights while in Provence and hated to leave. Can't recall about the TV as we rarely watch while traveling - must have had wifi as husband travels with laptop for work wherever we go, but honestly can't recall that either. http://www.masdescarassins.com/anglais.php

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Gounod that StCirq referenced. We had the third room shown under Rooms. We loved it. It was a large room and the shower was huge. The hotel is right in town so it's easy to walk to many restaurants. The car park for the hotel is a couple of blocks away. I think it was free. I don't remember watching TV so I can't tell you if there was English language TV but most places we have stayed in France have had at least a couple of English channels. We would stay there again.

I live in St. Remy and have put many friends at the Hotel Gounod. Everyone loves it. You should also consider Sous les Figuiers...also lovely. Gounod is right on the main town square, Sous les Figuiers is a few steps outside town (a one minute walk). Carassins is also very nice...a 10 minute walk into town. These are my three favorite hotels in your price range in St. Remy. Have fun!
