If Florida, absolutely, and bring your bathing suit and #25 sunblock.<BR><BR>Russia, now that's another story -- if you don't have a fur coat (how politically incorrect) and a gallon of vodka to keep you warm, I would suggest selecting somewhere that is closer to the equator.

Absolutely go to St. Petersburg. It was FREEZING when we went last year in October, but it was worth it. It was a beautiful place. Don't miss Moscow, though. Even if you only have 3 days, I'd plan to split your time between the two cities. Standing in the Red Square in Moscow has been one of my favorite travel experiences ever.
