What's your concept of "spa?" Thalassotherapy? Beauty treatments? A hammam?

If you want a massage and a facial, Nuxe spa will do.
Otherwise, go to the Mosque de Paris for the full treatment - hammam, etc.

If you do choose the Mosque de Paris, which I heartily recommend, be sure to check the days and hours for men and women. It's not open every day to anyone.

otto, this is going to sound cranky but it's meant to be helpful.

The plural of spa is spas.
