Peg - I am obsessed somewhat to have all reservations in hand when I leave home. So I was a bit stressed when I arrived in Madrid, and felt the very first thing to do was to take care of those train tickets. I needn't have stressed. With several days in advance it was not even the hint of a problem. So now I feel very calm about using the trains in Europe.
