Your kids will love Barcelona--especially the Gaudi architecture. Make sure to go to Parc Guell and if your daughter loves art museums (mine did too at 6 and still does at 20), go to the Miro museum there--epecially if you can catch a sunset, which is great from there.

I've seen all those places and if I had to cut one, it would be Cordoba. If you are staying in Toledo, just do it for 1 night and stay at the Parador (view is magnificient).
