Spain - 8 days in March

Thanks Rovers..I had no clue about the Easter week. Sadly, but taking a more sensible point of view, DH feels its best we do Spain some other time when crowds are a little less AND most important, we have more than 8 days.
So I guess, its farewell to the Spain forum. Anyways, thanks a lot guys for giving different perspective.. I'm convinved that Spain is going to be my destination.
As for the next month holiday (have barely any time to plan it) its either Paris/Amsterdam OR Switzerland.. So its off to those forums now...See you'll there...

If you don't like museums, architecture, nor historical places, Barcelona will be torture to you. Why are you going there? Given that your main interests are bullfighting, flamenco, shopping, and food, you need to head to Madrid and places South.
