Bob and Karen, it was a fantastic evening! So much fun. Great seeing you again. Yes, we made the bus, no problem. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Sounds like you gave up on museums after Historic and New Green Vaults, right? Weather was too nice, too, to spend much time inside. Clarification: The 23 Euros each ticket was the price for Historic Green Vault plus all the other museums in the Royal Palace (New Green Vault, Armory, Turkish chamber, portrait gallery, even the tower with viewing platform.)
Trust you found a decent place for dinner. Enjoy and have a safe trip back home tomorrow.

Ingo is right of course our ticket was for a number of different sections in the palace, but only the historic green vault section on ground level is timed..
It is overwhelming so we only did the two sections... I actually prefer the items in the new green vault, even though the room settings in the old section is very nice...DO BOTH..
Bill surprised us and suggested that we go to the restaurant where we went for dessert . We were delighted. I had a light shrimp pasta dish and K had pork tenderloin. Both excellent.
When I went inside to select my cake I was shocked with the lack of selection... Seems they do not order much on hot days because people don't eat it.. We found plenty of course..
We had tons of fun with bill and olive... Tons of travel talk and some enlightenment on my part about Barclay cards and their pt system... I am signing up immediately..
Our home flt is about 1pm tomorrow via Munich and then Boston direct. Luftansa.
Thanks for touring, and eating with us... I may post pics later.

Hi Bob, finally catching up with the rest of your report. Interesting to read about Poland.
You will be home for two whole weeks before your next trip? Where to now?
We have settled in at home and are delighted to report that we plan to be home until our next big trip - Peru In November.
