Uhm, that's weird. I've just looked and that specific train (Frecciargento 8863) cannot be booked after June 11. I really don't think it somehow sold out every single day after that and never before then, so it must be a glitch in the system. It's the only Frecciargento of the day on that route, so maybe they plan to stop that service and possibly replace it with a Frecciarossa? I have no idea, I'm just guessing. Anyway, check again in a few days, and if it's still unbookable maybe try calling Trenitalia's customer service.
