In Paris, "our" hotel is right across the street from the Montparnasse cemetery. Sartre is buried there. His novel was translated from "Huis Clos" to "No Exit", which is how I wish sometimes my vacations would be (no way to escape!), and sometimes how I feel on this Board!

All told, the real translation is "in camera" or "behind closed doors" in a courtroom setting, which defines my real-life profession.
