In Paris, "our" hotel is right across the street from the Montparnasse cemetery. Sartre is buried there. His novel was translated from "Huis Clos" to "No Exit", which is how I wish sometimes my vacations would be (no way to escape!), and sometimes how I feel on this Board!<BR><BR>All told, the real translation is "in camera" or "behind closed doors" in a courtroom setting, which defines my real-life profession.

I'm the proud owner of two English Springer Spaniels and usually don't leave home without a paw (or mouth) print or two on my clothing, so this has become my usual screen name. My real name was also already taken.<BR><BR>Melissa

My real name was used by several people when I first joined the site. Like Bellairegirl Susan was the most common name when I grew up (5in one class!)so I use the Irish Equivalent. Someone else took Siobhan so now I am now SiobhanP

I've used my first name and first initial of my last name for awhile now so I decided to stick with it. I couldn't believe it was still available when I registered. Besides, I get the "My Sharona" comment when people figure it out (from the old Knack one hit wonder).
