Just to be clear are you looking for a group tour that takes singles with a cycling guide, or a just a bags moving/bike rental service for individual singles and various size groups?

I also found myself wondering if you meant "singles only group tour" or a company that works with solo cyclists.

Backroads has solo bike tours,... they use the term solo for those who want to travel with a group of single people or people who are not going as a couple. .

you may want to look into bike clubs in your area, and find out if any particular club is organizing a tour to Italy.

Summer is generally hot in Italy which is why you will find most tours are in the spring or fall when the weather is more temperate.
