amln, you must have misunderstood. We do not frequent Michelin starred restaurants very often (we would be bankrupt very quickly since the prices are far, far higher than 50 euro pp). A 'bib gourmand' is not the same as a Michelin star!
We, too, do three trips a year, at least. In Europe. No more far away destinations for us. Been there, done that.
