Shuttle van from CDG into Paris

I'm planning to reserve a shuttle van for our party of 5 women from CDG into Paris. We are arriving at different times on different airlines. Any suggestions on which service to use (and which ones to avoid)? Also, what's the best way for us to meet up as we arrive? First one gets in around 8:30am and the last one around 11:00am.

Personally, I would give the shuttle choices to each person, let them make their own arrangements and meet up at the hotel to go to lunch. No way do I want to sit around either of the terminals for 2-3 hours.

are a couple of suggestions...

p..s. I should mention that, in case you don't realize it, Paris CDG has two terminals. AA, Delta, and Continental usually arrive at T-2 and United and USAir land at T-1. You have to take a free airport shuttle to navigate between the terminals. Another reason to just go on to the hotel.

Hi C,

You won't get a discount if you wait for the last arrival.

I agree with TN, meet at the hotel.

The first thing to do is to ask the hotel where you are staying if they will provide a shuttle from the airport. In very rare cases they will do this for free, but it has been my expirience that if they arrange for a shuttle it will be cheaper / person. Everyone will have to wait for the last person.

Thanks for your input. We are not staying in a hotel - we've leased an apartment and the last arriving group will contact the apartment people to arrange the meeting. Know it's a drag to hang out at the airport, but seems like the least confusing thing for us at this point. Since we'll all be going on the shuttle van at the same time, we should be able to get the discounted rate. Any opinions about the yellow van service or blue van service?
