We recently used their services and the driver was there waiting for us as soon as we came out of baggage claim so that was a good feeling. He then quickly loaded our luggage into the van and we were off and at our apartment in no time. we tipped him 10 euros. We decided to use them again to pick us up at the apartment to go to Gare Montparnasse which is about 5 miles away and took about 15 minutes and he proceeded to charge us 50euros after telling us the day before it would be about 10-20euros. we paid it after talking to his boss on the phone but to no avail so for sure he did not get a tip. I would be skeptical to use them again for trips within the city.

They are not a taxi service and I would not ask them for that type of service.
I did ask if they were able to take me to Gare de Lyon for my Provence getaway for a few days. Yes, they did...to/from my apt. and Gare de Lyon. Driver was there looking for me upon arrival back at Gare de Lyon...Super service!!

I didn't read all the replies but just wonted to reiterate how great they were!
They were there when we arrived out of baggage with our luggage, holding a sign with my name on it. I felt like a celebrity! And it was even more awesome, imo, since we didn't have to pay up front or give a deposit. We also gave a 15 euro tip!
There was a mix-up (on my end) on our return as we didn't call them back with our return info right away as we should, but they fit us in, since we were "return" customers.
I can't speak highly enough about them!
(And a side-note - I think we got there faster, because taxis tend to take their time as they get more money that way)
