Should we spend our extra day in Fussen, RoT, or Bacharach?

Should we spend our extra day in Fussen, RoT, or Bacharach?
Thanks to all of the helpful people on these boards we are pretty close to finalizing our itinerary for our 12 day trip to Switzerland & Germany. Recently, we decided not to go to Oktoberfest so we have an extra day to play with. I added it to the RoT area, but I'm wondering if we should spend it in Fussen or Bacharach instead? I know this decision somewhat comes down to preference, but I'm still fishing for your expert opinions based on our timeline. Thanks for your help.
Fri 20-Sep Stay Bern - Arr Geneva 2:30pm; Train Bern 2hr arr. 5:30pm
Sat 21-Sep Stay Wengen – Explore Bern, 2pm train Bern-Lauterbrunnen 2hr arr. 4pm
Sun 22-Sep Stay Wengen– Hike Männlichen to Kleine Scheidegg; visit Trümmelbach Falls
Mon 23-Sep Stay Wengen– Murren/Schilthorn (weather dependent)
Tue 24-Sep Stay Fussen – 9:33am train Wengen-Interlaken-Konstanz 4.22hr arr@1:50pm; Rent car, Konstanz-Fussen 2.5hr arr@5pm
Wed 25-Sep Stay Fussen – Neuschwanstein tour/Mary's Bridge; Hohenschwangau tour; Tegelberg cable car. Is there time for a drive to Rieden Am Forggenseeint?
Thu 26-Sep Stay Rothenburg – depart 9am, 2.45hr Fussen-RoT arr@ 12pm. Should we stop in Dinklesbuhl on the way?
Fri 27-Sep Stay Rothenburg – explore Bamberg 1.5hr drive
Sat 28-Sep Stay Rothenburg– explore Wurzburg 40min drive (EXTRA DAY)
Sun 29-Sep Stay Bacharach - RoT-Bingen 2.5hr depart 8am for 11:30am cruise. Bingen-St. Goar KD cruise; Lunch St. Goar; Rheinfels Castle tour self-guided 1.5hr; 5pm train to Bingen 22min. pickup car drive Bingen-Bacharach 22min. Arrive @6pm
Mon 30-Sep Bacharach – explore Bacharach; drive to Marksburg Castle tour 45min. Other suggestions?
Tue 1-Oct Stay LGW - Depart 9am Bacharach-Burg Eltz 1hr; Tour castle 2hr; Burg Eltz-Dusseldorf 1.48hr; Arrive Dusseldorf @2pm. Flight to LGW 8:45pm

I know that this hasn’t been your question but I think you can spend more time on your last day at those sights instead of showing up at Düsseldorf airport at 2pm for a 9pm flight. Unless you mean that you plan to explore downtown Düsseldorf from 2pm on. But even then it may be a bit overkill as there is nothing special to see in Düsseldorf. The view from the TV tower is pretty cool, though.

Good point - I think we were just playing it conservatively to make sure we had enough time to turn in the car and make the flight. I figured we would look around Dusseldorf a bit and have an early dinner. Good to know that you think we have a little more time to play with. Thanks
