Seville, Jerez and Ronda in Nov - a couple of questions

Have visited Ronda three times and love it.Twice we’ve stayed overnight; once we did it as a day trip from Marbella.Off season.
You won’t need boots for that up and down hike if it’s the one I’m thinking of.
Gorgeous town with dramatic views.
The bull ring is quite a sight , hugely historic and I’d prioritise it over Seville’s.
