I assume people are referring to their "wallpaper" (background) and not screen savers.
I rotate mine from a collection of airline/airport/aerial views of places we will be visiting in our round-the-world trip that starts next month. Helps keep me at the current near-frenzy state of anticipation.
Current occupant of the screen is a photo of a British Airways 767 taxiing at Attaturk Airport in Istanbul, others include a Czech 737 at Edinburgh, a wonderful picture of a Qantas 747 landing at Sydney with the city skyline in the background, an American 757 on the Anchorage runway with the Chugach Mountains behind, and a killer aerial view of Victoria Falls. I use the remarkable photo search engine at www.airliners.net for most of these.
