Scotland - advice needed

We'll be traveling from Ft. William to Callendar, need to know the best/most scenic route.
Should we stay at the Highland Hotel or Monachyle Mhor inn in Callendar?
Should we stay at Sibbet House or The Drummonds in Edinburgh?
Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks

Are we in trouble for not responding within 2 hours, during the working day????

All I can do is reiterate my friend Morag's recommendation of Monachyle Mhor. I don't know anything about the others.

Monachyle Mhor got a great review in January's House and Garden ( or it might have been Homes and Gardens) One of them, anyway.

Sorry, I missed the bit about route.

It's actually quite straightforward. The direct route is the best.

You come down the shore of Loch Linnhe to Ballachullish and then turn east and drive through Glen Coe and over Rannoch Moor to Tyndrum, then on to Crianlarich, Lochearnhead and out at Callendar. the Monachyle Mhor is off the road at Balquhidder, just south of Lochearnhead.

It's all stunning!
