On Skye, ask a local about the Fairy Glen - it's hidden, right near Uig, and worth a trip and/or a climb!

Sorry, I haven't been around much and am pleased you're sorted. I would not have advised against Gardenstown; it's not mainstream- remember the bit about the road less travelled- but it is lovely and so is the whole Moray coast.

I agree about Perthshire for your remaining days.
