Scavi question please

Finally we got our confirmation to see the excavation site. Now we are having a little problem and I need help.
The names that I sent are changed and now my sister is going instead of my daughter. Should I email them and let them know? If I send them an email, would they change the name? Please let me know what to do.
Thank you

I'd email them with the change. I can't imagine any reason why they wouldn't accept the change.

Quote your confirmation number in your email.

They will want to see ID when you get there, so yes, I would email them and advise them of the change.

Don't mean to highjack your post, but I have a similar question. What form of ID do they want to see and does each individual need ID , or just one to pick up the tickets with the confirmation number?

In my experience, they simply asked one person in the group for any recognizable form of ID.

When I went last Sept, they didn't ask me for any ID. The Swiss Guard just looked at my confirmation and waved me through.
