Scandanavia in November

We are traveling the third week in November (anniversary celebration) -flying in to Oslo and returning out of Copenhagen. Any thoughts on going at that time of year? I noticed that there is limited sun light hours - can you still see and enjoy the sights?

We have 10 days and would like to see some of Norway, Sweeden and Denmark. Any advice or direction to past threads would be appreciated.

You have to experience the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen! It is a magical place. They will be open for "Christmas in Tivoli" from nov. 15 to Dec. 30 this year.

Thank you for the information in the prior threads. I think we have figured out that during this time of year and considering cost that flying between Oslo and Stockholm - and between Stockholm and Copenhagen makes more sense than the train.

Any other suggestions for:
Hotels
Restaurants
Things / places that are a must see in or around these threee areas?

As always - appreciate the help !

Hi M,

Roskilde is about an hour from Copenhagen, as is Frederiksborg Castle
