Hello, I am planning to take a train from Salzburg to Lesce-Bled/ Ljubljana (still in the midst of planning the route) via OBB. There is a transfer at Villach Hbf and the gap is only 10 minutes for both destinations. Can anyone advise if this is sufficient to transfer? I have large luggages. Thanks!

If you use the DB planner, it will tell you the platforms for arrival and departure, and you can work out how much work a train change is.

I changed trains once at Villach with a 5 minute layover. No problem. But we had a reasonable amount o luggage.

Depends of course if train is on time - if is no problem - a fairly small station. Be at exit door when train arrives and yes have platform number - good idea to check with conductor on incoming train the platform number - but a fairly small station.
