saffron pancakes in Visby
Will be visiting Visby on a Jewels of the Baltic cruise in early June. I have read that a specialty of the region is saffron pancakes. Any comments on these, and where is the best place to try them? Any other recommendations for a one-day call to Visby?

I haven't been to this place but Swedes have raved about it so for what it's worth try:
