Barbara,

The problem with airlines like Royal Jordanian is that once you've booked a flight with them, the odds are very good that they're going to make extraordinary changes to the scheduled time and even the date or the destination (like London instead of Ireland). I've had direct experience with them. And I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

GK

Barbara:
Gerry and I had the same nightmare with RJ. Book a flight, paid for it and got notified that the flight no longer exisited a month before I was due to fly. (Gerry was not notified, I happened to notice a post of his here and I TOLD him) nice huh?? Not worth the hassle.

I once took Royal Jordanian Airlines from Amsterdam to NYC. The flight was packed with a lot more passengers than seats (a lot of kids that sure looked older than 2 years). The flight was a couple of hours delayed and the plane was a mess by the time it arrived in Amsterdam. My seat neighbor told me that they had combined (and rescheduled) flights and people had been travelling for ages.
