Rome in November?
Has anyone been to Rome in November? My husband and I are planning on going next Thanksgiving - any advice?

I was there Nov. 28th - Dec.10, 2000.
The weather was great! Sunny and 65 degrees. The only time it was crowded was 12/8...a church holiday, and the weekend of that holday. I would highly recommend Italy in Nov - Dec.

I agree. We were there in early Nov. and I wore a t-shirt all the time and just a sweater at night. Beautiful weather.

The bad news is that it can also be rainy, as it was for us in 1999.
The good news is that it made very little difference. Rome was still great!

Nov, 2000 - weather was glorious. Cool, which made it comfortable to do a walking tour.
