Rome hotel question

Where would you suggest we stay on our last night in Italy for ease in getting to the airport the next morning fairly early? We will only be there in the afternoon and evening, then flying out the next morning. Does anyone have a favorite hotel for doing this? Thanks for any help.

I understand your situation which also I am in at times. I suggest you so, hotel RIVIERA at Fiumicino, at 4km from airport and with transfer service. The rooms are good enough.
Two right names for your last Italian dinner:
Donna Beatrice and Isola d'Oro.
Have a nice trip.
Ciao.

bebe
On my trip to Rome I had to be at the airport at 7am to go on to Venice.
I had a car pick me up at my central Rome hotel at 5am and we were there in about 40 minutes.
If you want to have dinner in Rome or walk around, it wouldn't compromise your morning trip to the airport.

Good evening, Bebe In all instances
stay in Rome your last night. The Grnad Hotel Plaza on the via Corso is
an older hotel, but is in a very good
location for your last night. Some very
good ristorantes, nearby, the Ristorante
Nino on the via Borgognona, 11 about two
blocks from the Plzaz and the pizzeria
La Capriccosia, Largo dei Lombardi, 8
which is just around the corner, very
good and reasonable food o/t pizza...
fish especially.....The concierge at
the Plaza can make limo reservations
and getting you to Fiumicino in time
for your flite...Richard of LaGrange
Park, Il.. Splend your last night in
Rome with a good dinner and a good
nights sleep. rjv
