Rome cafes in February

We are hoping to spend more time at cafes soaking up the essence of Rome this trip. Is it too early in the year for outdoor seating? Thank you.

Shelly - Some days it is too cold and others not. Try the Piazza Navona. Some of the cafes have outdoor heaters. The cafes are normally overpriced but there is plenty of ambiance.

Shelley,
I just returned from Rome. There were plenty of outdoor cafes, some heated, some not. Anything in the nice Roman sun will be warm enough. Even the famous gelateria, Giolitti, had outdoor seating! I went into a restaurant for lunch last Tuesday & I think it may have been colder inside the restaurant than outside. Enjoy yourself & have a wonderful time!
BC
