Oh... thank you for the kindness, Bostonblondie, stoke bailey and progol. I very much appreciate that. I'm new to this, so I never know how people will respond, but Fodorites have been so nice.

Squeal! Fodorites, the day is finally here! Has felt like YEARS but so glad the book's "birthday" is today. Keep your fingers crossed for me. All the reviews so far have been from ARC reviewers (ARC=advance reader copies), so those folks got the book for free. Now the "real" readers/buyers get to review. (gulp)
