Roma Pass or Roma & Piu Pass?

Can someone please explain the difference between the Roma Pass (€25) and the Roma & Piu Pass (€27)? We plan to visit the Borghese Gallery, Colosseum/Forum/Palentine Hill and Villa D'Este in Tivoli on three consecutive days. I checked the website but I am still not clear which pass we ought to buy!

Many thanks!

The &Piu covers a bigger area (transport and sites). Your free visits will be the first two places you visit.
