Road Scholar program for young person?

Does anyone know of a group tour experience like Road Scholar (small group, in depth) for young people? Something where they stay in a city for several days, have chaperon/instructor to guide them, etc. This is for a young person who has never traveled alone, kind of an entry trip to Europe. Thanks.

Young adult?
Rick Steves tours might fit the bill. Although most will be 50s-60s, there are always some who are younger, and the guides teach travel skills along with history/culture.

I've heard good things about Backroads (no personal experience). They aren't limited to young adults but being active tours they do attract more 20 somethings than octogenarians.

I suggest Intrepid Travel. Small groups, mix of ages, central hotels, free time, local transport, some flexibility in itinerary - but leader handles all the logistics and provides information about each place.

Is this young person a student? Not that you have to be but Rick Steves son Andy has his own tour company with small group trips. https://www.wsaeurope.com/trips/behi...-iron-curtain/

Thank you for the ideas. This is a naive young graduate student who hasn't traveled out of the US, and rarely outside their home state. Will look into your suggestions.
