Mh & LoveI - thank you, thank you, thank you. I really appreciate the feedback!
I have book my flights with FF miles a while ago.
I am going to take Apres_Londee advice and change up the first part of the trip. I emailed the B&B in Brugge to extend our time and have changed our time in Haarlem. Sadly no Baden Baden.
I have booked my Eurostar to Brussels already but thank you Lovisa. I do am thankful for your faithful advice .
I emailed to book the Queensgate studio.
I will figure out in between Oct 18 - Oct 28 but not today... I think I need a break as LoveItaly pointed out.

Dawn--If you do need a hotel for just one night in Florence, look at the Hotel Casci. We loved it. The owners are so nice, and love kids. They will make sure that Tess is ok The hotel is not fancy, but not bare bones either. The location is great as it is so close to everything, which of course would be especially good for Tess.

Thank you mms! I am thinking that it is wisest to fly from AMS to Florence on Sat the 4th - just in case we get delayed etc. and spend the night in Florence.
I appreciate the recommendation.
