Restaurant recs for Chania and Nafplio

We're leaving Saturday and can't wait. Even made last minute change to flight to allow extra time to do LHR>CHQ transfer (originally was only an hour, but now 10 hours and will stay, and hopefully sleep, in LHR hotel during that time). Didn't want to risk missing CHQ transfer as other options were pretty awful, if that happened.

Interested in recs for these 2 places, especially ones that may require an advance reservation.

Thanks

One of our favorite restaurants in Nafplio is Bounos Psarosavouras on Boumpoulinas Street on the water. We ate there twice. Another favorite is Aiolos located in Nafplio's Old Town. One of the best meals of our trip.

And Koustenis for ice cream.
