Restaurant in/near Gordes

We've decided to spend a few nights in Gordes on our trip in May. Can you please recommend some good restaurants in the area? We don't mind paying more for good meals, but sometimes casual places are just as good.

We very much liked La Ferme de la Huppe, which is on one of the roads leading down from Gordes to the Route Nationale. Nice little inn, too.

We loved this place: http://www.mastourteron.com/. The food's great and the restaurant and gardens are very pretty.

I like the Mas de Toureron just outside of Gordes in Les Imberts. Run by one of the best Woman chefs in Provence.
Dining in the lovely garden is a treat.

Another absolute vote for La Ferme de la Huppe. Please bear in mind you may substitute(from their substitutions) if something on the set menu is not what you wish.

This place is closed to my memory on Thursdays. You will need reservations. The food is sublime and the wine list is vast.

BTW~we stayed here as well and it is lovely. The prices are quite reasonable for what you will experience.

Okay, I was put off by La Ferme de la Huppe when I read they have new ownership. Has anyone stayed there recently?

I really like the look of Le Mas Tourteron and am glad to hear you like it too.

Another vote for Mas Tourteron. L'Estellan is nice also, but you really can't beat the outdoor setting at Mas Tourteron. We've dined at Mas Tourteron twice & l'Estellan 3 times.
