reserving tickets in sncf

i am desperatly trying to reserve tickets in sncf but i really cannot.Sncf gives me the full fare or discount fares for those who own french rail cards. On the other hand I am going to travel using interrail card (similar to eurail pass for non-european citizens) interrail or eurail fares seem not to exist in sncf .
Moreover , if you are a french rail card owner , in order to have the best rail price ticket , you have to enter your card's number. If you enter in the "grand voyageur number" your interrail or eurail card number may work or no?I am so confused and stressed .
I wonder how you ,american citizens ,reserve tickets in sncf using your eurrail passes...
Can anyone help me please?

Hi Ackis, you can buy tickets from sncf by phone from the States paying with visa, and get all the discounts you are entitled to.
The ticket will be waiting for you at the gare you ll be leaving from...
call 33 892 35 35 35 et voila...
Good luck Graziella

Also, I was advised that you can use their website to pay for tickets. Just choose the option of picking them up in person and they'll be there until your train leaves.

Eurail passes means you don't buy tickets; if the train requires a reservation (flat fee, not matter whether you buy a ticket or have a pass), you can do that at any train station. If reserving a sleeper/couchette, you pay only the difference between a regular ticket and the couchette price; again, can be done at any rail station.

Does interrail work the same way?

I doubt that on the SNCF site you can order only reservations (no tickets because you don't need tickets with a railpass). Why not call the number Graziella suggested and see if you can buy reservations over the phone.
