It was all over the Belgian and Dutch news over the last few months
It says that you have to make a reservation starting from this June and from 2023 onwards you will have to pay an entrance fee.

2023 it might be working, but they have been at this for years and they change their minds all the time, last time they tried people just jumped over the gates
