Renting a car in Italy-Nova Rent a car

Is Nova Rent a Car a legitimate company? Their rates are $200 less than Auto Europe.
If anyone has used them, please share your experience.
Thanks!

Hi mv,

Yes, they are legit.

I haven't used them, but found them from other posters on this board.

There has been some discussion about Nova on the SlowTalk message board. If you go there and search, you can probably find it.

Watch out for the insurance coverage; I seem to recall people saying that Nova often has very high deductibles.

Have booked thru Nova for the U.K. and have been satisfied. Have booked again for this October and they placed us with Alamo.

You do need to print out your voucher and present it when picking up your vehicle.

Their website states that insurance, Collision Damage Waiver & theft protection insurance is included in the rates. Do I need additional insurance?
