Like AutoEurope, they are also brokers. One of their features is they include a zero deductible CDW in their prices.
You might also check with kemwel.com... they are owned by AutoEurope but often have lower rates.
You may find you'll incur a hefty drop off charge by finishing in Zurich. Depending on your planned route dropping the car on the French side of the Geneva airport and picking up another car from the Swiss side might save some money...

Rather than renting a car in Geneva to go to Zurich, it might be best to do that leg by train.
The lowest rate available from AE and Kemwel is the one where the CDW is declined and covered by the renter's credit card.
