Hi,

I used go-today last year for a week long trip to Vienna.

First of all, they don't really promise any particular airline. If you read the small print they say that they try to use X or Y airline, but they reserve the right to use another major carrier. Anyway we did get the carrier they mentioned for our trip -- Air France.

As far as the hotel, we got the hotel we chose when we booked. Also, I have to say that they were pretty fair in their rating and description of the hotel.

Overall, the company delivered on everything they promised and I was satisfied with our trip. It's not for everyone (you can't chose your flight times or airline, for instance) but I couldn't have done the trip any cheaper.

Regards, PW

I've used go-today 3 times. First one feb. 2001 to London. Second nov. 2001 to paris. Third one is Apr. 2002. We've never had a problem. E-mail response to questions I've had were very quick. Sometimes in a few minutes. In nov. we were delayed 90 min. getting in to CDG and the shuttle waited for us.

arnie,
I personally used go-today.com twice, without any problems. Once to Barcelona, last March, and another time just past week to Rome. My parents, and my sister in law used it too on my recomandations, and so far...so good. They offer very good prices and they delivered everything they promised....

We just got back from a trip booked through Go-Today.com to London. Everything was exactly as stated in the booking process, and we seemed to get a real bargain by purchasing their combo. We were very satisfied with our hotel & the airport transfer service. We would definitely use them in the future.
