Recommended organised group hiking tours in the Alps, please
Based on personal experience, can anyone recommend any companies or organisations that organise group walking/hiking/trekking tours in the Alps, please? Thanks.

There are tons of companies. Two years ago, almost by chance, I went on a Tour du Mont Blanc with this company:

I was so pleased that I'm returning this year for the Walkers Haute Route. They are higher end, offering better accommodation and meals, and do a scaled back version of the full trips: some of the harder days are reduced a bit by including a shuttle. On the TMB for example, they only stay in small hotels, no mountain huts. Some people might not like that, but I've spent enough time in freezing icy wet tents that I'm all for it these days. The Haute Route includes a couple of huts.
A friend of mine has gone on three guided trips (TMB, Haute, Dolomites) with:

He was very happy with all three trips. Their trips do the full blown version of walking the entire distance and using huts. Another friend used them for a self-guided Haute Route trip. He was disappointed and felt that they were unresponsive when he needed to make a change mid-stream.
