Recommendations for hotels in Rome, Sorrento & Naples
I will be in these cities during September, I'm looking for recommendations for hotels at no more than £70 per night. Preferably central as I am travelling by train. Also does anyone know if Naples train station has a left luggage facility?

Hi, Trudy~
We enjoyed our stay at this nice B&B in Naples, called Bellini 67: www.Bellini67.com. Nothing fancy, but quiet and comfortable. We paid 50E/night for a double this past winter. Check the Tripadvisor reviews, they're good.
It was right near Piazza Bellini and Dante, near lots of restaurants, shops and the historic sites. We walked everywhere.
I can't remember if the train station had luggage storage, hopefully someone else can help you with that.

Hi TK,
We very much liked our stay at http://www.hotelmaikol.com/. It's about your budget for a single.

For Naples I would highly recommend the B&B Medea
http://www.bebmedea.com/en/index.php
It's in the old part of town, in an old building, but the interior is brand new and clean, with each room has a private space on a large veranda where one can have breakfast--skimpy, but I am told that this is the traditional Italian breakfast.

Not in Sorrento, but they provide free pick up at the train station and free shuttle to and from town, Il Nido might be in your price range for a single.

Trudy...For Sorrento, try this one down by the little marina (picola marina)...IL Faro...first impression funky, but clean, large rooms and bathrooms, decent breakfast. Very short walk to main square Sorrento. Should fit your €70 budget.
